Hobocopy is the new RoboCopy with VSS

I am sure everyone remembers the Robocopy tool (remembered as robust copy), which is now a part of Microsoft tools. Well now there is something even better, its called Hobocopy which uses the Volume Shadow Copy service from withing windows, allowing you to copy operations while the files are in use.
