Regcode functionality added to the new user registration form

I have added the new regcode functionality to the new user registration form in order to prevent spammers and bots from registering. The site is still Spam Free but I might include some more measures laters on as a proactive step. Let me know if you have any feedback or suggestions about this by either posting a reply to this post.
